Shipping and delivery


All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.


Tracked 48 aims to deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Please note this is an estimated delivery timeframe, not a guaranteed service.


You’ll receive:

A confirmation email once your order is dispatched

A tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey


🚚 Processing Times


Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).


During drops, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.



📍 Delivery Information


Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday.
Someone may need to be available to receive the parcel.
If delivery is missed, Royal Mail will attempt redelivery or leave instructions to rearrange.


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.



📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels


If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail.


Parcels are not considered lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date (as per Royal Mail guidelines).



🔁 Incorrect Address / Returned Items


If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address:


We can resend it once additional shipping costs are covered.
Refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
